It has been so nice in Dallas these last few days and now the temp has dropped and its rainy again?! I was so happy about the sunshine we have been seeing! Now if only it would stay like that… but I am sure we will wake up in the morning and it will be 25 degrees outside!!!<\/p>\n

For about a week now, I have been doing a no carb & no sugar diet and I can tell SUCH a difference. It’s definitely tough and I am getting tired of meat and cheese (lol) but it has been so worth it. Anyone else ever done something like this? Do you have any good snack ideas?<\/p>\n
